STR Advisory does not hold a mortgage broker license because none is required under Maryland law for business purpose investment property lending.
STR Advisory is not a mortgage lender, bank, savings institution, or financial institution. We do not originate loans in our own name, fund loans from our own capital, hold loans on our balance sheet, or service mortgage accounts. We do not make credit decisions, set final loan terms, or issue loan commitments. All credit decisions, underwriting determinations, and loan approvals are made exclusively by the applicable third-party lender.
