    What we analyze during a capital review

    Market Rent Analysis

    We pull AirDNA and comparable market rent data to estimate what DSCR lenders might calculate for your property.

    DSCR Estimation

    We estimate how the property’s projected income compares to its debt service at various loan amounts and rates.

    Lender Matching

    We identify lenders whose programs accept your income type, allow LLC closing, and fit your loan amount and property type.

    Structure Review

    If you’re using an LLC or partnership entity, we assess what documentation the lender will require and flag any potential issues early.
