We Handle the Financing or Documentation

We take it from there. For financing referrals, we conduct the STR Capital Review, identify lender programs, and guide the client through application to close. For CPA documentation referrals, we complete the property documentation file and hand it off to your engineering firm.

You Stay in the Loop

We keep you informed of milestones and coordinate with you throughout. Your client relationship remains yours. We don’t cross-sell services outside the scope of the referral.
