# Prepare a property for collaborative review

A spouse, LLC member, agent, CPA, attorney, advisor, or property manager can help evaluate different parts of the same decision.

## Decide what they need to review

Identify the question first: purchase suitability, ownership, income assumptions, operating costs, financing terms, or tax-document preparation. Share the relevant assumptions and explain which figures are estimates.

## Use available workspace sharing

Where an invitation or secure sharing control is available in your account, use it and confirm the intended recipient and permissions. The exact controls may vary by workflow. If you do not see a sharing option, contact STR Advisory rather than sharing your password or assuming a public URL grants access.

## Limit sensitive information

A research report is different from a loan-document package. Do not send identity documents, tax returns, account statements, or other sensitive records through a public link. Use the secure application/document process provided when it is time to apply.

Property and financing outputs are preliminary estimates, not an approval, rate lock, commitment, or guarantee. Eligibility and final terms require professional review and lender underwriting.
