# Save a financing option for later review

Saving an option helps you retain a financing scenario and return to the property decision.

## Before saving

Review the property inputs, down payment or leverage, payment basis, points, cash needed or cash out, and prepayment terms. Capture the date and assumptions in your notes, particularly when comparing more than one scenario.

## Use the available save control

Within your signed-in property workflow, use the save option provided for the financing scenario. Return through your property workspace and check that the intended scenario is associated with the correct property. If the control is unavailable or the result does not persist, contact the team with the property and a redacted screenshot.

## What saving means

A saved scenario is a reference for comparison and review. It is not a lender approval, submitted application, or rate lock. Reconfirm pricing and eligibility before moving forward.

Property and financing outputs are preliminary estimates, not an approval, rate lock, commitment, or guarantee. Eligibility and final terms require professional review and lender underwriting.
