The property overview gives you a starting point for evaluating one opportunity. Treat it as a package of inputs, research, financing assumptions, and next steps.

## Check the property facts

Confirm the address, goal, price or value, rental use, and any property details you supplied. Review uncertain inputs before interpreting income or financing results.

## Read the results together

Income, debt payment, cash needed, and estimated cash flow answer different questions. A property with strong revenue may still require more cash or carry risks that make it unsuitable for your plans.

## Prepare questions for review

- Which inputs came from actual records?
- Which figures depend on market projections?
- What must be true for the property to work?
- Which documents or decisions remain unresolved?
