# What happens when you request a human review?

Request review when you understand the preliminary property results and want help validating the next steps.

## Prepare the package

Have the property address, transaction goal, selected financing scenario, income evidence available, and your main questions ready. For an existing loan, include its balance and relevant payoff or prepayment information.

## What the team reviews

The team can review the assumptions and transaction context, identify missing information, discuss potential eligible financing, and explain the next steps. More evidence may be needed before an option can be confirmed.

## Review is separate from application

A review request does not mean a lender has approved the loan. If you choose to proceed, the team will explain the application, consents, and documents required for submission. Lender underwriting determines the final decision.
